Event Sponsors
Diamond Sponsors-$3,500
In addition to the benefits of all the previous sponsorship tiers, at this level, the event is sponsored by your organization. For example: “The inaugural Wisconsin EV road trip, brought to you by Company X” will be written at the top of our home page. Your logo will also appear on the front of the route brochure and official event shirts. Additional benefits are optional and include the following:

Be a checkpoint sponsor as well for no additional cost.

Enter an EV and the registration fee will be waived for up to 4 drivers.

Up to 4 drivers will automatically win a free one year membership to the Electric Vehicle Association ($55 value each)
Platinum Sponsors-$2,000
In addition to the previous levels, sponsors at this level will get their logo on a banner at the finish line of the event. Additional benefits are optional and include the following:

Enter an EV and the registration fee will be waived for up to 4 drivers.

Each driver will receive 5 entries into the drawing for a one year membership.
Gold Sponsors-$1,000
In addition to the previous two levels, sponsors at this level will also get their logo on the back of any official event T-shirts or sweatshirts. Additional benefits are optional and include:

Enter an EV with 4 drivers and 2 people will have their registration fee waived.

Each driver will receive 3 entries into the drawing for a free one year membership.

Silver Sponsors-$500
This level includes the benefits of the previous level with the additional benefit of having a clickable logo on this page. Additional benefits are optional and include:

Enter an EV with 4 drivers and one person's registration fee will be waived.

Each driver will receive one entry into the drawing for a free one year membership.
Bronze Sponsors-$250
At this level, your company logo will be displayed below, as well as on the back of the official route brochure.
Checkpoint Sponsors
Checkpoint sponsors are those businesses/organizations, located around the state, that each team will be driving to and taking pictures near, before moving onto the next one. Checkpoint sponsorship costs $200. Each team will drive to your location, take a picture near something that people will recognize at your business, and post it to their social media accounts/the official Road Trip Facebook page. If you're interested in becoming the sponsor for a given checkpoint, please email Jeremiah at wisceva@gmail.com and he will walk you through the steps. Checkpoint sponsors are shown below in their approximate location in the state. Teams will receive a map of all these sponsors at the beginning of the Road Trip during registration.
